If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Effects of withdrawal
Once you notify us of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
